Tru Strength is the one-stop-shop for your strongest body yet. Designed to improve overall strength and athleticism, this class combines a variety of TruFusion staples including kettlebells, TRX, battle ropes, heavy dumbbells and more. Unheated room. Wear shoes.

Friday 4:30pm Barefoot Bootcamp Express - Bellevue

No time to spare? No problem. Tru Barefoot Bootcamp Express delivers the same high energy full-body work of our classic bootcamp class in a shorter time frame. 95F/ 45% Humidity.

Friday 5:45pm HIIT Pilates - Bellevue

Build strength, focus and flexibility in our flow-style Tru HIIT Pilates class. Combining core-centric Pilates Mat I and Mat II drills with yoga, this class focuses on slower controlled movements with HIIT. Show up and tone up. 95F/ 45% Humidity.

I began my 300-hour yoga teacher training program in April 2025 with Carling Harps' Mobility Meets Asana. I am enrolled in Awakening Yoga Academy's 300-hour program under the guidance of Carling Harps and Patrick Beach and hope to complete by mid-2026. It's a big project!


I am studying the following modules to deepen my yoga skills:  AYA's Vinyasa Immersion (Full Solar + Set series and philosophy), Anatomy, Advanced Asana, Effective Sequencing, Meditation & Breath Work, Restore & Recover and Prenatal Yoga.

I am a 2023 graduate of TruFusion's 200-hour Yoga Alliance teacher training program. Having practiced for ten years, it was a natural step in deepening my practice while learning how to effectively teach and support others. Yoga offers benefits well beyond the physical-- it's a laboratory for mindfulness.


I teach Hatha Yoga and Power Vinyasa Yoga as well as Pilates and Barre.  Ask about private sessions! My full attention in a 1:1 setting is the best way to refine your postures and flow and learn new skills.
